Prices do not include the 9% Maine Lodging Tax. The tax will be added to your total.
We also rent 3 small cabins on a weekly basis during the regular season. They can be rented for less than a week in the off-season. See "Cabins" page for details.
We have 1 yurt available, on site 34E Dune Way.

A site may only be rented by an adult 21+. That person will need to provide a government-issued ID at check-in.
Send requests for multiple sites in the same envelope.
EACH SITE must be registered to a 21+ adult camping on that site. Sites must be occupied by campers overnight.
One person may send in/call with the request, but may not rent multiple sites under one name.
A $125 deposit is required for each site requested.

A reservation may only be booked, changed, or cancelled through the reservation desk.
No site may be transferred directly from one camper to another. For a site to be booked by another customer, it must first be cancelled by the person who made the original reservation.
Reservations made in Jan. and Feb. may not be shortened. Cancellations will incur a fee of $125.
No refunds will be given for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend reservations. Reservations for these dates may not be transferred to other dates.
Refunds will be given for reservations that are canceled 7+ days before the first night's stay. However, a fee equal to the amount of the last night of the reservation will be charged.
No refunds will be given for bad weather.
A fee of $25 will be charged for more than 3 changes to a reservation. (per site, if more than 1 site is reserved)


Reservations begin in March by mail or phone.
OFF SEASON RESERVATIONS
We now take reservations for off-season stays. This is a change from several years ago, when campers could select a site on a first-come, first-served basis.
